About the project
Faith beneath the noise
Buried Alleluia makes songs that look honestly at hurt, hope, struggle, and faith.
The name Buried Alleluia recalls the Christian practice of setting aside the word “Alleluia” during Lent, before proclaiming it again at Easter. The silence makes its return more meaningful.
In that spirit, these songs explore the moments when praise feels distant and grace is difficult to recognize, as well as the joy of discovering it again.
For listeners who want to go deeper, the lyric library offers line-by-line interpretations, Bible connections, and personal reflection prompts. These are companions to the music, not substitutes for Scripture or official Church teaching.
